A most important factors of SEO is that to track our site on first page. For that we have to need quality and unique content which help us a lot.

I think it's best to start with on-page optimization first and then move to off page. Once your page is optimized then you can go out and spread it all over the internet. Everyone's opinion differs on it, but even the best seo company will tell you that you need a combination of both.
